Job description

To develop the business through retail sales and education strategy
Build and implement sales strategy with supplemental education plan to drive sales growth in country. Set and manage sales target.


- Consolidate business analysis results to initiates retail growth action plans. Identify business opportunities to maximize retail performance.
- Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Ensure proper counter maintenance, merchandising execution and counter replenishment.
- Advise Brand Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship. Negotiate with retailer to maximize business opportunity
- Ensure key doors development as well as their market share and image, leverage designated and suitable business and marketing plans.
- Become a key actor in the brand team between different departments: Marketing (ex: animations policies), Management (ex: prices, P&L), Logistics (ex: MAD products), Customer Service (ex: orders), Design (ex: projects in stores) and Training
- Oversee retail BA population on recruiting, onboarding and retention plans. Monitor BA turn over rate.
- Manage and coach Business Manager. Motivate and develop Account Executives/ Regional Retail Manager.
- Coach, motivate and develop counter/store managers. Take corrective measures to strengthen their performances.
- Supervise and support BA training. Ensure sufficient budget to support training and BA development activities
