Our Lancôme Assistant Counter Managers are at the core of our business and now is your chance to take the next step in your beauty career. You will love to share your fabulous communication skills by continuously supporting the Counter Manager in motivating your team to outstanding results and continued growth.

Inspiring and supporting the wider on counter team within this busy environment is essential and will be key to your business’s success! During one of your ever-changing days on counter, you will also be a leader in promoting Lancôme's products to customers, ensuring you meet daily KPIs and targets whilst always contributing to our growing customer database.

This is a fast-paced role and a highly coveted opportunity; you are resilient, love time management & organising and have a great attention to detail. In order to ensure you are successful and reach your full potential within Lancôme it is desirable, but not essential that you display the following;

·  Qualifications within Make-up Artistry or similar
·  Strong professional experience within Make-up Artistry
·  Previous Retail Management experience is highly regarded
