-Monitoring competitors’ launches, activities.
-Analysis of competitive offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.)
-Understand market channels.
-To understand NYX PMU users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations.
-To understand potential consumers and their needs.
-To understand competitive brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions.
-To identify and understand consumer trends.
-To develop and manage launch plans based on international marketing plan.
-To establish a right price cascading based on local competitors and international recommendations.
-To manage brand assortment pyramid and recommend the right assortment per channel.
-To work with supply team on monthly sales forecast, especially pay close attention on the top SKUs and work out SKU rational in order to decrease slobs.
-To maximize the impact of star product launches through all related dimensions of communication, social media, merchandising, PR, CRM, in-store activities, etc.
-Brand communication and activities.
-To work with digital manager on the implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork.
-To work with retail team to develop advertising in store materials.
-Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.).
-To propose, monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Retail.
-Acts a project manager for all brand events: Face Awards, Suhoor, Jalsat.
-Manage A&P budget.
·Fluency in Arabic.
·2-4 years of experience in brand management.
Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge:
·In-depth knowledge of products/category.
·Research and market data analysis.
·Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment.
·Knowledge of markets trends and consumers.
·Financial knowledge (P&L, S21, Cost of Goods, sales forecasts).
