 1/ YOUR MISSION – IF YOU ACCEPT IT

This is why we created a unique program tailored to develop high potential talent to lead the beauty business of tomorrow.

 During a six month journey you will be part of our internal audit team to complete:

 3 business missions 

 2 countries, 1 plant

 2/YOUR ADVENTURE 

As part of our international audit team you will complete three missions in different countries to map and analyze our local processes throughout various business units. This unique business experience will allow you to fully immerse in the L‘Oréal culture and challenge your logical and systematical mindset to prepare you for your future role as HR Champion .

 3/YOUR LEARNING EXPERIENCE 

At L‘Oréal we provide you with an individual development track that is tailored to what you need to succeed in your role. The HR Graduate Program follows L‘Oréal's self-directed learning philosophy, where 70% of your learning and development is derived from on-the-job experiences, 20% through connecting with others and the remaining 10% from training. This will enable you to go further and grow faster.

 EXPERIENCE 

You will have the opportunity to dive in head first from day 1. Alongside the internal audit team, you will be sent on three challenging and diverse missions . During your journey, you will work closely with a diversity of functions and teams and build insights in our business and core processes.

 CONNECT 

You will benefit from a buddy within the audit team to share and evaluate your experience first-hand. Additionally, you will be paired with an experienced HR mentor who will help you to transfer your learnings into an HR context.

 LEARN 

To optimally prepare you for your mission you will be trained in the method and approach of the internal audit team and take part in all relevant team and business meetings. Your practical learning experiences will finally be completed by the “HR Discovery“ and “Keys to L‘Oréal“ training program.

 4/ LOOKING FOR YOU 

Our graduates are ambitious and passionate about HR , have strong analytical skills and focus on delivering results . They have an international and entrepreneurial mindset, embrace big challenges and take full ownership of their projects and development.

 ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE 

You have, or are in the process of completing your Master's Degree , with a track record of excellent academic performance . You also have a record of extra-curricular activities and achievements that demonstrates your proactive and entrepreneurial spirit and capability to master complexity.

 PROFESSIONAL HR EXPERIENCE 

Professional experience of at least one year in HR including internships/apprenticeships . In addition, we want to know about your vision of HR and want to see clear examples of how you managed to make things happen.

 PASSION FOR PEOPLE 

You have a strong orientation towards people . You enjoy building proximity to people and are passionate about developing and growing talents.

 INTERNATIONAL MINDSET 

Your strong international orientation has been proven through an academic or professional experience abroad . You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. A third language is a plus.
