YOUR 3 MAIN OPTIONS

HR DIGITAL MARKETING

You will join of employer branding team in order to bring life to our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with digital brand content strategy applied to a purposeful product: HR. By developing the attractiveness and engagement online and offline, you will lead inspiring projects and contribute to made of L'Oréal a 100% love brand company.

HR DIGITAL LEARNING

You would be part of a team that both protects and evolves one of the most strategic levers of L'Oréal – our company culture and our digital strategy. Your projects are centered around enabling newcomers to understand the way we work and accelerating their performance through some key learning and digital development initiatives.

HR DIGITAL RECRUITMENT

By joining our digital recruitment team, you will work on talent acquisition and data management to provide the best candidate experience at L'Oréal! Based on your expertise, you will ensure the development of our tools and boost the upskilling of our community by designing seminar and programs.

All of this is digital strategy, communication, project management, people development, innovation, culture and change all put into action.

LOOKING FOR YOU

REQUIREMENTS

·  Masters' degree level (+4/+5)
·  Fluent in English and at least some basics in French are more than an asset
·  Enrolled in a school or university during the whole duration of the mission
