Since our incorporation in 2008, we have handled over 2 000 social media campaigns and digital projects across 30 countries for some of the world’s most prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton, Volkswagen, AXA, Singapore Airlines, Air France, Warner Bros, Mont Blanc, Dior, L’Oréal to name a few.
We design and execute digital marketing strategies and in particular we build application and microsites, grow, manage and create content for communities on social media, mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, and SinaWeibo.

Poste et missions:
The main part of the role will be focusing on business development and sales. We are looking for an aggressive sales profile with a positive attitude, independent and who is willing to grow the business locally.
Your missions will be:
- Leading and managing all business development activities locally including: lead generation, cold calling, meetings with new prospects and existing clients, attending pitching session, negotiating and closing deals, and driving more revenues.
- Identifying new requirements and new business opportunities with existing clients and ensuring a close follow up with them once a project is signed
- Understanding marketing and communication objectives of brands (from many various industries) as well as potential other advertising agencies in order to help them ideating and executing original and innovative digital experiences
- Ideating digital campaigns and social media strategies for potential clients on different platforms and channels which will fit their strategy and perfectly match their needs.
- Preparing and pitching compelling and well-designed business proposals, including budgeting, to convince new clients to get onboard
- Coordinating internally with all our creative people (studio), technical leads (production center) and project managers in order to deliver successfully and on time projects to clients
- Going to networking events within the industry in order to meet as many relevant contacts as possible
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge in local social media marketing as well as global digital trends (Facebook, Messenger, WeChat, Sinaweibo, Instagram etc.)
- Handling PR and communication of KRDS HK : writing email newsletters, case studies, and press releases to showcase our work.
- Reporting to the head of operations ASIA who is one of the cofounders of the company.
As a Country Manager, you will also have to handle some admin tasks. This will include, among other things, monitoring the P&L, dealing with external vendors and accounting partners while ensuring at all time a close reporting to the co-founders of the KRDS Group as well as the relevant departments of KRDS group (HR, Admin, technical team etc). You will also be responsible for hiring, managing and, when necessary, dismissing people.
Profil:
Required skills
- Selling is in your DNA, you have outstanding presentation skills and a proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets. While you’re able to close sales in no time, you’re also not afraid of long sales cycle and are organized and patient enough to follow up leads over months.
- Deep interest in social media and digital marketing
- Creativity, ability to ideate, formulate and present original digital tactics and strategies to brands from very different industries and background
- “Get things done” attitude, autonomy, positivity and ability to work under pressure
- An experience of at least 4 years in business development
- Great interpersonal skills to coordinate with the different internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English is mandatory
Preferred skills
- Ability to speak and write French, Cantonese and Chinese
- Social media and digital expertise with a good understanding of the digital marketing industry
- Already a solid network of contacts of both brands and agencies in Hong Kong
- Ideally already a 2 years’ experience of successful business development experience in Hong Kong
Terms of the job:
- The Country Manager will be fully independent
- You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day, as you’ll need to spend a large amount of time meeting clients and prospects
- You will be working with a very dynamic team of digital experts from different offices across the region
- Traveling is not required outside of Hong Kong beside some potential annual meeting and/or team building activities
