Position Summary

KPMG\u0027s Management Consulting group is experiencing exceptional growth, especially within IT Advisory. The rapidly expanding IT Advisory team is seeking aConsultant for its Workday practice. Specifically, the practice is looking to fill Human Capital Management (HCM) positions.If you are a Workday professional and have experience leading implementations in the capacity of project management, functional lead or technical lead we would like to hear from you.

Role and Responsibilities
Participate in Workday implementations for project initiation to completion. This includes:

·  Helping develop strategy for implementations
·  Configuring Workday business processes
·  Testing and deploying newly built solutions
·  Providing post-implementation and optimization support
·  Writing proposals and developing presentation materials
·  Work directly with clients in diverse industries, with varying project complexities
·  Advise clients on best practices, as well as new system services available within the Workday application
·  Conduct knowledge transfer with clients
·  Collaborate with team members to identify cross-functional impacts and communicate project findings
Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited College or University
·  A minimum of one year of experience in business, finance, HR, IT or other related field
·  Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at the publication quality level
·  Experience with Workday or other HRIS is considered to be an asset
·  Workday certification is considered to be a strong asset
