Job description

Your responsibilities

Strategy:

·  Monitor the performance of external websites via web & content analysis tools (Adobe Analytics & Magnus Active Standards/Crownpeak), and take action on optimisation opportunties
·  Transition content from existing sites to relevant websites if need be
·  Support marketing team in developing and applying content and format strategies
·  Liase with global digital marketing team in order to stay up to date with platform updates
·  Analyse existing web content and suggest content gaps, overlaps, errors and optimisation opportunities Front-end web developing:

·  Design, develop and maintain responsive websites and applications using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript,...
·  Wirte clean, cross-browser, standards-compliant code and take into account the layout and usability. Publishing:

·  Responsible for editing and publishing digital content across external websites
·  Support the production of web content that is consistent with the organization's operations, brand, style, and tone
·  Design and create custom HTML pages and/or objects within AEM environment
·  Support in-house content creators, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
·  Monitor and report on content quality metrics (Crownpeak) and show continuous improvement of the web performance & content quality based on analytics.
·  Manage product loading and regular updates to ensure imagery, features, and copy is up to date.
·  Take charge in maximizing Search Engine Optimization of all content.
·  Stay up to date on current marketing, digital, and industry trends.
·  Ensure that consumer digital experiences align with overall company goals and vision.
·  Responsible for curation of all content for company such as; blog posts, social media, website, press releases, marketing briefs, email graphic briefs, content, and design briefs that effectively communicates to the company's target audience. Maintaining Internal Client Relationships:

·  Manage relationships with subject matter experts to make sure content is accurate. Accountable for delivering web pages that are accurate, timely, high-quality and to the business objectives.
Your profile


·  1-3 years of experience in web development
·  Proven work experience as a web publisher/content specialist (within complex business & multi-language site environment an advantage)
·  Have a very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and JQuery
·  Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager/ CQ5 is desireable
·  Adobe Analytics an advantage
·  Google analytics and Googte Tag Manager are an advantage
·  Very good knowledge of social media channels
·  Experience of writing for the web
·  High level understanding of SEO
·  Very good knowledge of Dutch - French & English is an advantage
