Job description

We are seeking one Translator. This role is full-time, permanent positions working in KPMG Linguistic Services in the Montreal office.

The candidate must have 3 to 6 years of translation experience of financial and accounting documents in a structured professional environment or accounting firm.

Some of your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
·  Translation of various financial and accounting documents, mainly financial statements, management reports and prospectuses.
·  Terminology research / participation in the enrichment of the team\u0027s terminological resources / use of terminological resources.
·  Use of various computer tools and applications to increase the efficiency of the translation process.
·  Management of several mandates at once and management of major projects requiring coordination of the work done by several translators and / or revisers.
·  Sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues
To be successful in this role, you possess:
·  BAC in Translation or equivalent diploma
·  Member of OTTIAQ (certification)
·  Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team of versatile and flexible professionals.
·  Ability to prioritize and multitask at a time
·  Strong sense of customer service
·  Good stress management.
·  Good knowledge of technical tools.
·  Autonomy and flexibility.
·  Openness, frankness and clarity in communications.
·  Knowledge of Logiterm software is an advantage.
