Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

·  Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to multinationals and middle market companies and PE investors
·  Support our consultants in analyzing and synthesizing target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company
·  Assist in the creation and design of high quality tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, indebtedness considerations, and/or business combinations and carve-out financial statements
·  Participate to market development activities, target researches and other marketing projects

Your profile

·  You are between your first and second year of a Master of Science (MSc) or a Master of Law (MLaw), preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, Management, or a Master's Program of an Institute of Technology
·  Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Traineeship in a Big 4 or consulting company and practical knowledge in the areas of accounting, finance and M&A would be a strong asset
·  Fluency in French and English, oral and written. German is a plus
