KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Resource Management organization.
•Deliver “best solution” staffing strategies that help maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time with Engagement Partners and Leads
•Work directly with RM Managers to create staffing solutions that follow firm guidelines, and best develop employee career path
•Provide accurate and timely reporting support covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected full time employees
•Communicate and work with teams toward chargeability goals, support team staffing meetings
•Support other Advisory teams with Resource metrics (Human Resources and Recruiting) and help RM coordinate with teams on hiring strategies
•Minimum of two years of resource management, agency recruiting for Finance /Accounting, or client service delivery experience preferably with a professional services environment
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel (i.e. pivot tables), and Outlook
