Roles and Responsibilities

As a Resourcing & Development Officer, you will assist in Sourcing, Selection, Development and Training processes.

In Recruitment, you will screen cv's, interview candidates, hold contract negotiations, be involved in campus recruitment and the roll out of assessment centres for graduates. You will also be involved in the conceptualization of screening tools and you will welcome and monitor new recruits.

In Development, you will do the thorough follow up of the onboarding of new employees and cooperate in development projects.

In Training, you will prepare, operate and follow up the corporate trainings and support in developing training offerings.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in HR and by working with HR effectiveness measurement tools.

Qualifications and Skills


You hold a master degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or a passion for HR. You possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a passion to realize pragmatic solutions. You have 3-5 years of relevant experience. You are a good communicator, client oriented, pro-active, service minded and a real team player. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. You master Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
