We are looking for a Quality & Risk Management Manager to join KPMG Regulated Services (PSF) providing tailor-made solutions in a dedicated secure environment.

About the team and responsibilities

We at KPMG Luxembourg see Governance and Regulatory Compliance not only as a burden to the business but rather as a complex challenge that needs transformation and digital innovation.

With our multidisciplinary team of 40 people we advise clients in the Financial Sector (Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance) on all aspects of Governance and Regulatory Compliance. We assist our clients in better understanding of the regulatory environment and identify laws and regulations that have impact on their activities. We add value by providing solutions which include innovation and efficiency.

Job purpose

Our future Quality & Risk Management Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within KPMG Services.

Major duties and responsibilities
·  AML/KYC procedure development
·  Assisiting in supervising the security and administrative functions.
·  Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations, especially CSSF, keeping abreast of recent changes;
·  Compliance Management of applicable legislation, regulation and contractual requirements involving information assets;
·  Responding to government investigations and queries as the principal point of contact;
·  Overall responsibility for the conformance of the ISMS to the ISO 27001 standard
·  Aligning security initiatives with KPMG programs and business objectives
·  Ensuring that information assets and technologies are adequately protected

Requirements to access to this function
·  Education requirements: Master degree in Law, economics or finance
·  2 or 3 years of exposure as Compliance Officer in Luxembourg
·  Fluent in English (French, German or Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset)

Knowledge / Technical Skills
·  Excellent knowledge of existing regulatory framework in Luxembourg (and abroad)
·  Organizational skills, with experience running projects in the financial sector
·  Good command of the MS office tools
·  Relevant certifications are an asset
·  Finance, audit, tax and advisory business knowledge is an asset
·  Experience in data administration and security methods is an asset
