We're seeking a PMO Analyst to join a PMO team on an initial 12 month contract, consisting of Business Analysts, Project Managers, L&D and Change professionals. The team is tasked to manage and deliver key transformational programs across KPMG Australia.

This is a newly created role and the ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated and tech savvy.

Your new role will involve
·  Working closely with members of the PMO to ensure that project information is up-to-date, accurate and supports the needs of the Business
·  Providing a centre of expertise and developing consistent standards, procedures and templates
·  Maintaining high level oversight of program delivery, escalating challenges faced by Project Managers, and where possible providing solutions
·  Assisting with resource demand planning and recruitment
·  Collaborating across the business to shape new initiatives You bring to the role
·  Demonstrated experience as a PMO Analyst in complex environments - showing your capability to plan, coordinate and support program deliverables and deadlines
·  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
·  An adaptable nature - the ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to changing priorities
·  Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly assimilate information
·  Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and approach to work and providing solutions
·  Advanced level Microsoft Office skills What we offer you
