Our national People Services team are the first line of support for our business when it comes to People matters. You will join a fast paced and high volume environment with a team who pride themselves on driving service excellence.

Your Opportunity

A rewarding role working with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about supporting Employees, Managers & Partners to make KPMG the clear choice. You will:
·  Be the primary contact point for KPMG staff in Australia who require support on people operations including general HR advice, global mobility, recruitment & learning operations
·  Ensure the resolution of problems and queries with an impeccable level of customer service
·  Provide on-the-job learning support to our offshore coordinators, enabling service excellence
·  Be an active participant, suggesting process/system improvements that increase customer satisfaction, speed of execution and commercial efficiency How are you Extraordinary?

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
·  Customer services experience gained within a financial, professional services or large corporate environment (no HR experience necessary)
·  Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills gained in a high volume environment with competing demands
·  Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
·  A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
