Starting with KPMG as an Operations Administrator , you will be joining a fast paced and fast growing team of administration professionals. This role supports client facing teams to deliver a high quality and timely service to internal and external Clients.

Your major responsibilities will include:
·  Client billing support - raising and sending invoices and analysing reports
·  Collection support - sending debtor reminder emails and maintaining debtor logs
·  Reporting - providing work in progress reports to business managers
·  Communication - liaising with clients and other internal stakeholders to provide an efficient and effective operations experience How are you Extraordinary? You will ideally bring to this role -
·  Accounts receivable and collections experience in a professional environment
·  Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills
·  Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
·  A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
·  TAFE or equivalent qualifications in business administration, accounting or bookkeeping would be highly beneficial
