The Sales and Marketing team is here to support our firm's business and go-to-market activities. We are actively involved in a variety of things from support for account management, proposals, defining value propositions, markets research and client insights, to marketing campaigns, newsletters, and events. Presenting the KPMG brand in a consistent and inspiring way is our top priority.

Tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. The must haves are a 'can do' mentality, a hands-on approach and creativity, with ambition to boost the firm's go-to-market activities. The Sales Consultant will provide comprehensive hands-on support for the Sales & Marketing team in a broad range of initiatives, sales enablement and client proposals. The role involves active work with MS Office, CRM, external information sources, markets monitoring and market research, with plenty of inspiring people across the firm.

Specifically, responsibilities will include:
- Creating high-level PowerPoint presentations and go-to-market materials
- Assist the proposal team during the proposal and pursuit's process
- Market Intelligence - collection of strategic insights on markets and competition
- Generate and analyze data from CRM
- Preparation of supportive analysis and overviews
- Spotting of the latest trends across industries

Who are you?

Experience, Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Recently graduated or a first full-time working experience
- Go-to-market mindset
- Strong educational background
- Understanding of the Belgian market is a plus

Personality and Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism, including an ability to self-review, to ensure that all reporting and outputs are accurate and of a high quality
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, work under pressure, adapt to last minute changes and meet deadlines, while maintaining quality
- Eager to learn new things
- A strong sense of responsibility, pursuing tasks through to completion with energy, initiative, and enthusiasm
- A dependable team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
- Clarity of expression and excellent communication and writing skills in English with a preference of Dutch or French
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
