KPMG is currently seeking a Marketing Transformation & Technology Manager for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Overview:  The following role is to help provide support to the Marketing Transformation and Technology practice to accelerate practice growth and support delivery excellence for our clients.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead client engagements and work streams related to marketing transfomation and technology enablement needed to support client's marketing transformation efforts.
·  Help practice leads drive offering development to expand our current marketing transformation offerings.
·  Identify key operating model improvements across clients marketing organization, process, and technology for client success.
·  Contribute to the development of client proposals and requests as part of our ongoing opportunity pursuit efforts in our customer solutions practice.
·  Provide oversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecyle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
·  Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members.

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of five years of management consulting experience and project delivery with a minimum of three years of experience leading teams; management consulting experience is required. 
·  Experience in Financial Services and CPG verticals preferred.
·  Knowledge of current marketing proceses and technology capabilties around the following areas: (e.g Marketing Automation, Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Analytics, Customer Data Management).
·  Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university.
·  Demonstrated ability to analyze critical business requirements, identify deficiencies, potential opportunities and develop innovative solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue and improving customer service offerings
·  Excellent foundational consulting skills including strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills and travel may be up to 80-100%
