Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
•
10 - 12 years in performance
engineering and performance testing with 2 - 4 years in a test manager role.
•
Strong monitoring experience
with different tools like perfmon, nmon, sitescope, willy introscope, bmc,
dynatrace
•
Expertise in load runner tool
and respective protocols workload modeling and performance
test planning
•
Strong understanding of web
tier architecture, application server, web servers, database servers,
webservices
•
Strong skills and experience
in performance test requirement gathering, workload modeling, test scenario
preparation, test execution.
•
Must have demonstrated
experience in stake holder management, people management.
•
Willing to be hands-on and
work with team on designing scripts and execution
•
Should have experience in
creating all kinds of test documents like test plan, test summary report,
traceability matrix, test closure memo, etc
•
Exposure to other programming
languages
Qualifications and Skills
•
Should have experience working
in agile delivery model
•
Ability to learn new
technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
The candidate should be cross-functional and willing to work on other aspects
of testing as well such as test automation, functional testing, or product
development
Experience and Background
•
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have
•
Experience in Healthcare domain
•
Certification in HP-Loadrunner or any other performance
testing tools
•
Experience working in a SAFe Agile delivery model
