Job description

• We are recruiting an Associate Consultant for our Management Consulting Source team. KPMG Source is our 'next generation' insights, methods and tools platform to enable KPMG to win and deliver transformational work more efficiently and effectively. It equips KPMG teams with collective experiences and brings together the best of our practitioners' thinking from around the world, accelerating and increasing the value delivered to our clients. Source is comprised of Methods, Insights, Communities and Project Delivery.

• Project Delivery - a suite of world class tools to help successfully execute complex business transformation programs. The integrated tool set provide our teams with collaborative tools supporting project management, enterprise modelling, and tracing and managing activities from requirements through to testing and implementation.
• This individual will be a part of Source Project Delivery functional support offshore team. He /she will support with onshore client engagement teams with Project Delivery tools as the engagements execute transformation programs. Role responsibilities will include:

Providing first line support to client teams and country navigators for requesting, configuring and ongoing support for Confluence and Jira projects
• Designing and configuring Confluence and Jira projects to best achieve engagement teams' requirements and consult these teams to offer them increased value from the collaboration tools
• Educating client teams and country navigators on the products' capabilities and use case best practices
• Remote execution of Confluence / Jira onboarding activities such as user management, project setup, view management, etc.
• Responding to user queries related to tool features, functions, use cases and benefits.
Responding to Source help desk tickets for all aspects of use of the tools
• Managing knowledge repository for ease of access by the support team by regular review and development of all Confluence / Jira support-related materials
• Co-ordinate and work closely with in-country management consulting teams across the globe and manage relationship with them. Build relationships with global stakeholders to grow Confluence / Jira service offerings
• Be recognized as a subject matter expert on the use and configuration of Confluence and Jira
• Work on the product offering's short and long term priorities in the form of a roadmap and focus on delivering as per agreed priorities
• Work with the Source project delivery and platform teams to help define and test new add-ons for Atlassian software
• Creation and delivery of Confluence / Jira training lessons
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Required
Education / professional qualifications
• B.E. / B.Tech. from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
Prior Experience:
• The candidate must minimum of 2-4 years of work experience including at least 1-2 years in supporting consulting engagements in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing PMO

Experience & Background

• Experience with Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira is required
• Good understanding of project and program management methodologies. Certifications (Atlassian, PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM) are an added advantage
• Language skills: English (proficient). Other global language capabilities will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders around the globe
• Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with global stakeholders
• Organized approach and able to work under pressure
• Strong client work ethic and client-centric mindset
• Responsive and proactive; empathy towards customer needs and has a strong desire to help
• Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
• Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented
• Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy
• Willingness to travel overseas if required
