Job description

Our office is looking for a candidate who will provide a variety of technical, administrative and support functions including working with our team to serve a variety of small business clients. This will include bookkeeping services and preparation of small business year end files.

Specific responsibilities, skills and qualifications:

·  Maintaining client relationships to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks assigned
·  PST, GST, WCB and payroll assistance to our clients
·  Prior experience preparing working papers, financial statements and income tax returns is an asset
·  Excellent written, verbal and listening skills allowing effective interaction with
·  staff and clients
·  Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, and payroll program knowledge are desirable
·  Bookkeeping background and knowledge of general accounting is an asset
·  Training will be provided
·  Overtime is required during busy periods during the year
