Job description

The successful candidate will work in the Advisory Department within our Investment Services team whose mission is to help our clients complying with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Asset Servicers, Asset Managers and Investment Fund professionals on the generation of regulatory reports of funds.

Your main tasks will be:

• To run and manage report productions, from data collection to reports generation.
• To ensure that the reports comply with regulatory, accounting and client requirements.
• To assist in the monitoring of regulatory changes.
• To assist in the implementation of new setups.
• To participate in the management of our client requests and to build trust-based relationships with them.
• To contribute to the monitoring of KPMG reporting process efficiency and define/implement improvement actions to guarantee high quality deliverables to clients and operation excellence at KPMG

The perfect candidate

• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or similar.
• You have at least one year' experience in the investment funds industry, knowledge of the accounting framework is a considered as a plus.
• You have good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse large volumes of data.
• You have excellent organisational and time management skills, and can set priorities and manage demanding workloads within a complex and fast-paced environment.
• You are a team player, display a positive attitude and are client-driven.
• You have analytical and problem solving skills.
• You are fluent in English and French. German will be considered a strong asset.
