About the programme  

This programme is aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage seeking an insight into a career in professional services. By Black Heritage we mean students who might identify as:

Mixed/Multiple ethic groups:

-Caribbean

-Other Black

The Programme will give you the chance to meet people who make KPMG an inspiring place to work and support you to explore the variety of opportunities available across our organisation. 

It is the perfect opportunity to learn more about our business and develop your professional skills – it could even lead to an offer for an autumn 2020 Graduate Programme in either Audit, Tax, Technology, Consulting or Deal Advisory.

Over three days you’ll network with colleagues from all areas of our business, from recent Apprentices to Partners, so you can find out what life and a career at KPMG is really like. Most importantly, this is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track yourself through our recruitment process. Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in an assessment, and if successful, secure a position on an autumn 2020 Graduate Programme. Please note - Graduate conversion offers will be subject to candidates having obtained the minimum UCAS requirements for that particular Graduate programme. The Insight programme will run in London from the 16th - 18th September 2019 and in Birmingham from the 24th – 26th September 2019.

Please note that by attending our London Insight Programme, your Graduate conversion offer would be for London. By attending our Birmingham Insight Programme, your Graduate conversion offer would be based in a regional office of your choice. What do we look for?

Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programme is aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage. Candidates must either be in their final year at university or have already graduated. We’re looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are smart, ambitious and passionate about a career in professional services.

Within our recruitment process, we look for more than just your academics results. This wider perspective helps us ensure that we are giving you the best opportunity to demonstrate your potential. We assess your application against KPMG’s Global Behavioural Capabilities and combine a number of different factors, and how you perform in our recruitment process, to build our confidence in whether you will be a success at KPMG. 

As a general rule, you'll be expected to meet the following requirements: 

- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 Maths 

- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 English Language 

- Minimum of 300 UCAS Tariff points*

- On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in any discipline * or equivalent

Please note, we only consider a candidate's 'top' 3 A-level grades and do not accept General Studies.
