Human Resources Executive

Job description

The HR Team of KPMG plays an important role in implementing our people strategy and driving our business forward. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join us as a Human Resources Executive who will embrace internal client service with vigour and flexibility.

Your KPMG experience will include:

·  Supporting the business in attracting, retaining and developing a diverse workforce
·  Taking an active part in the application of good HR practices
·  Facilitating the performance development process
·  Assisting the business leadership with HR data reports required at various junctions
·  Providing support on other operational HR matters

What you bring:

·  University degree in HR, business or psychology
·  At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
·  Fluency in English
·  Integrity: transparency and honesty, fairness, objectivity and respect
·  Knowledge in Bulgarian Labour Law
