Job description

Human Resource and Recruitment Administrator

·  Support the Human Resources and Talent Attraction Managers in experienced hires recruitment as well as campus recruitment initiatives;
·  Facilitate the strategic advertising of all vacancies both internally and externally by: creating and maintaining the job posting data and conducting internet research on niche postings, as requested;
·  Complete background checks of eligible candidates through reference checks and the use of a third-party services
·  Effectively utilize and maintain our internal application tracking system in support of general recruitment processes and offer letter administration and presentation.
·  Other administrative tasks related to HR may be required
What you need for the role:

·  Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
·  Fluently bilingual- French and English - (both written and verbal)
·  Knowledge of basic recruitment processes or experience is highly considered an asset
·  Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with ATS and other tools/technology
·  Demonstrated ability to learn detailed business processes;
·  Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in resource management and problem solving;
·  Demonstrate strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment;
·  Maturity and demonstrated professionalism with a proven ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
·  Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high volume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
·  Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders;
·  Proven ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion;
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
