Position Summary

Our IT Advisory team advises clients on executive and management issues in IT, to increase the value that IT delivers within their organization.Working with the senior leadership we assist them to define strategy, identify and champion transformation opportunities and assist with key decisions on how IT will operate.

Therapidly expanding IT Advisory team is seeking Senior Consultants* to contribute to completion of business analysis and system configuration deliverables towards Oracle HCM and Taleo Recruiting implementation and upgrade projects.

*Candidates with an academic background and a few years of experience in Human Resources and who have a genuine interest in HRIS are encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

·  Assist in multiple client service delivery teams to execute on deliverables associated with Oracle HCM and Taleo Recruiting implementation and upgrade projects in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards.
·  Gap functional requirements to capabilities of the system to propose technology solutions and appropriate workarounds
·  Perform technical hands-on activities as required including debugging and coding as part of new development.
·  Contribute to testing requirements including the preparation of test scenarios and test scripts and validations of test results across Unit, Quality Assurance and System Integration testing.
·  Contribute to data conversion and integration activities associated with Oracle HCM deployments
·  Provide production cutover/transition support and production support assistance.
·  Facilitate client workshops to understand business requirements and gather, review validate, and document functional requirements in a conference room pilot setting.
·  Assist the end-to-end business process testing of new Oracle HCM and Taleo Recruiting solutions.
·  Preparation of reports and presentations for KPMG and client leaders to keep relevant stakeholders apprised of overall project status.
·  Work across various stakeholder groups including end users, functional teams, operations, infrastructure, etc. to transfer knowledge and resolve problems.
·  Contribute to the development of thought leadership in support of local and global IT Advisory and Oracle Practice development and growth.
·  Contribute to the development and submission of proposals and bid documents.

Skills & Qualifications

·  Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a post graduate degree and/or an HR/Payroll professional designation a strong asset
·  Preference for two to four (2 - 4) years of experience working in a business analysis, development, or configuration, capacity on system implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
·  Bilingualism English and French is required (written and spoken)
·  Functional knowledge of either Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Transitions or experience in Oracle HCM Cloud module deployment
·  Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address client requirements
·  Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
