Audit Training Manager

Job description

Responsibilities of the Audit Training Manager will include

- Manage audit related training programmes, including audit, CICPA exam and accounting programmes
- Manage the quality of programmes, including selection of trainers and review of delivery quality. Liaise and coordinate with internal accredited trainers and external vendors. Provide timely feedback to trainers to ensure training programmes delivery are of high quality
- Organising training plan and other logistics for training course portfolio
- Lead the team to manage the operations of programme for excellent internal client services
- Prefer Delivering and facilitating training courses. Developing training materials, including lecture guides and presentation slides

Experience and skills required

- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, be flexible and work under pressure Proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and passionate about people development
- Confident and enthusiastic presenter / facilitator
- Excellent command of spoken and written English / Mandarin
- Prefer qualified CPA with 3-5 years audit experience
- Prefer experience in learning and people development
