KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, GRS Technology to join our Global Reward Services (GRS) organization.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with GRS application release process including participation in change approval meetings on behalf of the GRS practice and provides updates to documentation for GRS applications
· Provide IT support for client implementations and integrations with other GMS technology, client systems and share plan administrator (SPA) platforms
· Assist with implementation and maintenance of client specific tax positions, build scripts and calculation flags in Global Equity Tracker
· Help to configure GRS applications to specific client needs and requirements
· Analyze client needs / requirements and suggested solutions
· Support implement efficiencies in the GRS practice at both the client and practice levels
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year of technology experience; preferably from a professional services firm
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
· Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx and R language is preferred
· Experience working on multiple projects and project teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
