KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join ourValuations practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Prepare valuation models and reports for various types of commercial real estate
·  Prepare real estate market research
·  Produce property level cash flows and net operating income projections
·  Review valuation reports for reasonableness
·  Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of relevant real estate appraisal experience
·  Bachelor's degree in real estate, accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/university
·  Completion of Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and General Appraiser Income Approach
·  Previous experience using Argus and Microsoft Word and Excel
·  Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
