KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Customer & Operations for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Participate in client engagements and work streams focused on improvement and optimization of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services
·  Communicate regularly with project managers, project teams and representatives from various functional teams, including escalating any matters that require additional analysis
·  Take ownership and responsibility for completing assigned tasks with limited supervision; support effective and thorough research, data gathering and analysis
·  Assist peers in project delivery, seek team learning/support opportunities, and work in teams assisting clients across the entire care continuum
·  Utilize problem solving skills, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor to question the breaking down and analyzing of complex issues when framing approaches for potential solutions
·  Assist in proposal development and other new business development activities

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience with managing projects, leading meetings, drafting reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Nursing, HealthCare, Business Administration, Information Technology, Biology & Life Sciences, or a related field
·  Project experience consists of clinical, quality, financial, information technology and operational within the Healthcare industry
·  Strong MS office skills including Excel, Project, Word, Power Point and Visio. Assist in proposal development and other new business development activities
·  Basic understanding of clinical, operations, and systems integration in the Healthcare industry
·  Ability to travel up to eighty to one hundred percent of the time
