KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Develop recruiting strategy for targeted schools, in conjunction with the Lead Partner
·  Manage the KPMG team to help ensure the appropriate selection of team members, clearly define role definitions/responsibilities, coach and prepare the campus team members for campus visits and coordinate closely to help ensure unified recruiting approach
·  Prepare operational plans to include School Plan as needed, annual Diversity Plan, develop branding activities to attract top talent from targeted schools, compile year- end results summary and annual Statement of Commitment
·  Oversee all on-campus events (success dinners, presentations, and Meet the Firm) work with student organizations for all practices hiring from school (i.e., Beta Alpha Psi, MIS Club, and NABA)
·  Attend all campus events and help ensure representation of other firm members/school team; may be accountable for some or all administrative aspects of on-campus events
·  Develop, maintain and manage relationships with deans, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of two years of experience with at least one year in recruiting or marketing; preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·  Ability to manage and lead school teams of partners, managers and staff, with varying levels of experience in campus recruiting
·  Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to present recruiting program and results to area leadership as appropriate and travel up to fifty percent
