IT Consultant/Business Analyst (m/f)

Job description

The IT Advisory team analyzes technology issues within its clients businesses and provides assistance with: developing appropriate IT strategies, optimizing the IT function, sourcing, selecting and implementing IT systems, data management & governance and Cyber security.

The role and responsibilities

As a Senior IT Consultant / Business Analyst, you will be working within a multi-disciplinary team of business and IT advisors to:

• Support their projects, enabling through technology to achieve their strategic objectives.

• Provide technical and business expertise, bridge the gap between IT and end-users while acting as an intermediary to translate the needs of the business into IT language.

• Understand the business context and the underlying processes to transform our clients IT capabilities and make their projects successful.

• Improve the performance of their IT end-to-end processes and infrastructure.

• Help our clients to realize strategic and challenging projects.

• Leveraging on your academic background and your first experience, you will join at the level of Senior Advisor and participate in IT/business transformation projects.

• Support business representatives to formulate their requirements and to communicate with IT departments.

• Take part in short and long term projects in various business areas and you will take responsibility for your own deliverables.

• Improve the performance of their IT end-to-end processes and infrastructure.

• Be trained to pilot and execute projects, your people and client management capabilities will be built over the years, enabling you to embrace new roles and responsibilities.

The perfect candidate

• You have a university degree in Engineering, data sciences, IT and 1-2 years of valuable experience in IT projects.

• You have strong analytical skills and excellent presentation skills.

• You have excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French or English and German, 3 languages being an asset.
