AM/Manager, Tax Technology 税务管理系统

Job description

KPMG China's Tax Technology group is at the forefront of tax technology innovation, and has developed tools to assist organisations to manage their tax compliance and transform tax data into value by embracing the use of technology.

Responsibilities

- Subject matter expertise with the Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting process, design, facilitate and conduct works shops with the client for Tax management consulting and Tax management system
- Organise business analysis for tax management systems, clarify and improve business requirements for customers and transform into roadmap planning and high-level requirements, prepare outline and report content of business analysis
- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration / procedural guides
- Provide operational risk, compliance risk and internal control management consulting
- Attend relative project business development, bidding, business analytics & implementation

Experience and Knowledge

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Taxation, Information Management System or related discipline. CIMA or CMA is a plus
- Minimum of three years' experience in a professional service environment or related ERP Advisory (tax experience is a plus)
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Open and inquisitive mind with a business focus
- Strong communication skills and can work with team members who have different background and experience

- 负责项目的交付，包括但不限于项目设计和测试、培训材料制作和项目管理及流程指引
- 提供有关操作风险、合规风险和内部控制管理等咨询意见
- 负责税务管理系统相关项目的客户开发、项目招投标、需求分析和系统实施

经验和背景要求

- 本科或以上财务、税务、信息管理系统或相关专业，持CIMA或者CMA证书者优先考虑
- 3年或以上咨询公司工作经验或ERP相关系统咨询工作背景 (税务咨询经验者优先考虑)
- 较强的统筹协调和计划管理能力
- 以业务发展为先，保持开放和钻研的态度
- 具有良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作能力
