KONE China Technology is located in Kunshan, as part of KONE global technology organization is responsible for researching, creating new technologies and development of new elevator and escalator products as well as change management, maintenance and modernization solutions.

We are looking for

Elevator Maintenance Specialist:

Main Responsibilities:

·  Ensure Maintainability in Product Development and Product Change Management
·  Create maintenance and replacement efficient methods, defines how new KONE      products can be maintained with KONE MBM( modular based maintenance)  preventive maintenance method, and develops corrective maintenance methods together with designers
·  Leading maintenance related projects
·  Check maintenance related Field letters 

Support role:

·  Support maintenance training material creation
·  Support C-process product’s maintenance instruction creation
·  Support Owner’s manual creation
·  Support on-site root cause investigation
·  Support spare parts creation in product development

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

Education Background:

·  Bachelor degree in Mechanic/Electrical Engineering

Experience:

·  View from on-site maintenance/replacement
·  Practical on-site maintenance/replacement operation 
·  Risk assessment
·  Identify potential risk and prevent/improve in early phase
·  Project management
·  Communication/cooperation cross functions
·  Solution orientation
·  SEB business/operation understanding
·  Maintenance cost calculation
·  Time study
·  Elevator Technology

Skills, Proficiency:

·  Independently reach the defined objectives within agreed time, resources and quality
·  electrical knowledge

Others:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in elevator maintenance or other relevant tasks like elevator commissioning or trouble-shooting
