Training Manager

Job description

Managing the training function + where relevant, the team supporting this including working closely with department managers + supervisors to identify training requirements, developing plans for training new + existing employees.

Your Role

Your focus will be on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success

Your Responsibilities

·  To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training + live training.
·  To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
·  To monitor + report the completeness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies
·  To research methods + techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition
·  To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
·  To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.
·  To develop training concepts + learning paths for teams + individuals
·  To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization.

 

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum graduate with a recognized university with Six sigma certification
·  Strong knowledge in analysis, process mapping, solutions driven, implementations , agile , continuous improvements, change agent
·  Good communication skills
