Training and Process Manager

Job description

To ensure that all new and current staff receive all required system and general business related training as per corporate and regional guidelines.
To support the root cause analysis of system and / process control failures in order to provide appropriate and timely solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  To provide training on operational systems as per regional training process to all FS users. This will include administering Computer Based Trainings (CBT) as well as delivering live trainings.
·  To deliver day to day system & process support to operations.
·  To support and oversee supplier electronic data (EDI) interfaces via definition of requirements, support and communicating with IT teams for specifications.
·  Ensuring KPI and Data Quality targets are met.
·  Outsourcing - Preparing SOP & implementing SSC tasks
·  Ensure to have updated working instructions (in coordination with the QSHE team)
·  To update KNNET/MYKN
·  To be involved in system testing as required.
