The Deliver/Return Task Order Coordinator (TOC) will prioritize, manage, monitor and report on order execution for all project commodities for a specific task order.

Your Responsibilities

The Deliver/Return Task Order Coordinator (TOC) will prioritize, manage, monitor and report on order execution for all project commodities for a specific task order.  Coordinates with internal global supply chain (GSC), ISC managers, country managers, and regional distribution center staff to ensure timely deliveries.  Specifically, the TOC will manage the timely receipt of commercial documents from suppliers, escalate late orders from suppliers or RDCs, review commercial documents for errors and be the first point of contact for procurement teams.
