Job description
Seafreight Import Operator – to handle the whole supply chain for transportation to Japan, from order place, inclusive following in Overseas Country till handing over to client/third party or internal Customs Section.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Receive shipping Information from client or Overseas Organization
· Follow up and ensure that Orders arrive timely to Japan and inform discrepancies to client accordingly
· Receive shipment data and create an Import File in the system
· Inform Client or Broker about arrival statuses including the issuance of Arrival Notice / Invoice and D/O
· Report abnormalities of intended schedule or any other kind of other problem to client in coordination with the Team leader
· Check incoming Invoices for correctness and issue outgoing Invoices according to Quotations provided by Sales
· Prepare/Finalize the FSL (profit / loss on the file) in coordination with Superior
Your skills and experience
· Minimum 3 years experience in seafreight import operations in international forwarding company
· Excellent command in Japanese and Intermediate English
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
