Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

Job description

Assist Import team in managing the documentation & invoicing
Issue documentation to customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Submit e-Manifest via National Single Window Systems. ( NSWS)
·  Issue Arrival of Notice to customers.
·  Liaise to carriers for Delivery Order and other issues
·  Issue & release Delivery Order to Customers
·  Issue KN's invoices
+Issue invoice in Sea log
+Cost Entry
+Confirm GP
·  Do e-file for special document ( if required) , like Proof of Delivery, D/O, …
·  Solve arising issue relating to documentation's task
·  Update and follow customer's SI & SOP strictly
·  Complete pending tasks in BPA

Your skills and experience

·  Possess College or Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
·  Basic knowledge about import / export process
·  Good knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
·  Good at customer service skills
·  Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
·  Other requirements: teamwork, customer orientation, analysis & judgment, managing performance
