As a member of seafreight export team, you are responsible to work with all related parties to ensure a seamless customer service for all customers+ stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
·  Accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time including all financial administration tasks including correct and timely profit share with overseas stations.
·  Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
·  Implement and follow customer SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) at all times.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role you need to understand of export + import procedures and freight forwarding knowledge, and need to have a customer oriented mindset in everything on a daily basis.
