Your tasks and responsibilities

• Supervise the Commission & KPI Bonus Program
• Coordinate monthly product head and regional meetings
• Track KPIs and the Sales Performance Management System (SPMS)
• Conduct Monthly Audit on Sales Performance Management System (SPMS)
• Organize and oversee all sales events, trainings and related marketing materials
• Troubleshoot and solve SPMS issues
• Prepare for (QSHE) audits
• Keep sales team up to date on trainings
• Trainings for CoreLog and commissions
• Coordinate marketing materials for all sales in the region
• Manage the DQ KPI's for CoreLog
• Manage and distribute all Sales Reporting functionality

Internal KN functions
• Coordinate and Monitor CRM processes in the area and conduct training
• Generate, analyze and review general sales reports and statistics
• Ensure CRM data quality for the area, address issues with sales executives, provide assistance and follow up
• Coordinate sales commission reporting
• Manage and distribute all Sales Reporting functionality
• Distribute monthly ACT reports to all commissionable sales executives
• Maintain commission Master registries and obtain approval for added accounts
• Troubleshoot and document commission discrepancies
• Organize and oversee all sales events, trainings and related marketing materials

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of logistics sales experience
• Experience with Logistics processes, systems and solutions
• Seasoned listening skills
• Good analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Able to speak persuasively in positive or negative situations. Self-disciplined, strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Be a results-oriented team player
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
