Job description

The Quality Assurance specialist acts as a part of Corporate Quality Assurance organization within Kuehne + Nagel Contract Logistics functional unit. He/she deals with testing aspects of the corporate IT application suite with main focus on in-house Warehouse Management System which used in over 65 countries across the world.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Acceptance test within Agile model of software development.
·  Analyze Functional Requirement Specification document (FRS), prepare and execute testing plans.
·  Detect and report any deviation between the FRS and software.
·  Provide testing results.
·  Perform solutions support and troubleshooting, remote and on-site.
·  User consultancy on processes and key solution with main focus on in-house Warehouse Management System.
·  Projects implementation support worldwide (at least 1 year after).

Your skills and experience

·  University Degree in Computer Science / Technical
·  1+ years of experience in customer support organization
·  2+ years business analysis experience with WMS /TMS solutions
·  1+ years of support and/or business analysis experience with ERP solutions
·  Basic understanding of ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS application design
·  Understanding of basic principles of the software development process and QA step, its role and related techniques and processes
·  SQL knowledge
·  English intermediate (real) or higher
·  Result orientation
·  Strong analytic mind
·  Strong team player
·  Ability to work under pressure

The following competencies will be considered
as a plus:

·  One of popular programing languages
·  Logistics and Supply Chain experience
·  Knowledge of warehouse processes
