Pricing Specialist

Job description

Kühne + Nagel Turkey is looking for a Pricing Desk Specialist with a high level analytical, communicational and organizational skills for its Istanbul National Office.

Your Role

You will prevent loss of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and speed up business winning quotations to SMEs. You will coop with the increased sales force as well as create quality time with your colleagues to develop A, B and C+ clients.

Your Responsibilities

·  Supporting inquiries with quick and competitive quotes and follow up with Sales, network and house Accounts.
·  Keeping workable minimum selling rates updates: requiring substantial amount of mapping and update activities to enable instant and accurate quoting without the need of trade, business development, customer care location becoming involved
·  Completing RFQs upon receipt enabling quality check on same by Kühne+Nagel colleagues
·  Establishing excellent carrier relations to achieve best workable conditions
·  Following up quotes and farming existing house accounts
·  Increasing customer retention and satisfaction level
·  Ensuring efficient usage, implementation and update of Kühne+Nagel internal systems 

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum bachelor’s degree
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in sea logistic and 3 years of pricing / procurement experience for inbound/outbound LCL shipments
·  Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills
·  Excellent analytical, communicational skills, attention to detail
·  Very good spoken and written English is a must.
