To work in close cooperation with National and Local Key Account Manager(s) on a predefined portfolio of selected accounts, possibly within a specified vertical, to drive and deliver growth from strategic to actual development.

Your Role

To work in close cooperation with National and Local Key Account Manager(s) on a predefined portfolio of selected accounts, possibly within a specified vertical, to drive and deliver growth from strategic to actual development.

Your Responsibilities

·  To support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in dealing with commercial related customer requests
·  To support the tender management process (strategy & value proposition creation, mobilizing account team and pricing team, etc...)
·  To manage and coordinate complex quotation processes as wellcustomer presentations in close alignment with the responsible KAM
·  To coordinate quick and effective problem resolution and troubleshooting with assigned customers
·  To support customer retention through pro-active relationship management and focused problem resolution (jointly with operations)
·  To support on customer identification mapping for assigned accounts using the Company CRM system
·  To support the KAM with conducting regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers (QBRs: Coordinate the process, ensure level of quality, lead agreed actions. Prepare the material...)
·  To support the implementation: provide input on customer requirements related to commercial topics (e.g. KPIs, status information, specific references, exception codes, lane IDs etc.) to the implementation manager (in operations)
·  To ensure performance monitoring according to customer expectations/KPI
·  To support the continuous improvement process (discuss and agree areas of improvement with Operations and KAM).

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Diploma in Supply Chain Management or International Business preferred
·  Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Freight Forwarding/Transportation industry preferred
·  Minimum 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics environment required
·  Strong negotiation skills required
·  Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite preferred
