Providing leadership and project support, managing major deployment of Kuehne + Nagel Production System (KNPS) corporate initiatives. Facilitating integration of KNPS with the operations teams to ensure a holistic approach to continuous improvement in the site.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supporting operations in driving KNPS (Kuehne + Nagel Production System) methodologies and culture including, the development of Kuehne + Nagel excellence levels, training and mentorship of Lean Six Sigma Green & Yellow Belt
· Productivity and Quality CI project improvements to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Standard
· Alignment of projects and CI activity to meet both KNPS
· Savings targets and Site productivity improvement targets
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
· Project Management
· Advanced Skill in MS Office
· Teaching, Facilitating and Mentoring
· Passion to learning and teaching, change and team facilitating
· Process orientation
· Problem solving
· Creative thinking
