Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Analyse customer requirements and prepare BRD/ FRS for solutions
·  Support business development teams in developing customer specific IT solutions
·  Work with regional IT team or external vendors on solution development
·  Participate in global or regional application roll-out, troubleshooting and case escalation
·  Manage resources for extension or automation tool development

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years' experience in IT solutions design, especially in the area of preparing business requirement documents (BRD). You should also be hands on with Java, PHP, HTML5 mobile platform, Excel Macros and MySQL. Good English writing skills is necessary for BRD.
