Job description
Each Training/Internship plan covers a period of time and consists of phases of training performed with specific objectives.
During the first phase*, the Intern will get acquainted with the main operations across the company, meet with company management, administration and operation staff.
The Intern will meet with staff from various departments and observe their daily procedures;
Get acquainted with company's literature;
Get familiarized with software being used within the company;
Be part of projects to familiarize intern with daily operations, company's mission, vision, purpose, procedures and communication style;
Understand the context within the different departments specifics;
Study companies business infrastructure: pricing, business model, policies and main clients.
Phases of training are defined in the Placement Plan.
This is temporary position without benefits.
