Your tasks and responsibilities

Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the ATL Inside sales team. The team consists of four additional coordinators, whose job is retention and development of the accounts his/her sales reps have in their book of business. Their main responsibilities are to ensure best in class customer service, and to free up more active selling time for the sales rep. They also handle all spot quote requests, enter them into CoreLog, and follow up with the customers to produce more wins. They also create efficiencies and remove roadblocks with KN Login. The manager is responsible for Ticket Tron management as well as HR managerial duties, etc.

- Oversee Sub-Regional Sales Support Team and Functions
- Hold regular reviews with Sales Support Coordinators to measure performance against KPI's
- Analyze work flow for Sales Support department and facilitate necessary changes to ensure efficiencies and maximized customer satisfaction
- Regularly run system reporting for analysis of trade lane, product, SSC success ratios.
- Maintain Existing Business
- Familiarize with customer portfolio of assigned Sales Executives (2-3)
- Supports the Sales Executive with maintenance of existing accounts
- Liaise between customer, sales and operations
- Assist with presentations and QBRs
- Prepare Rate Quotations
- Receive Rate request from existing customers or new accounts
- Gather Information from Sales & Operations
- Format and send quote to client
- Enter quote in the system
- Follow-up on each quote in cooperation with Sales Executive and document results in the system
- Attend Customer Meetings
- Joint visit with sales executive to certain accounts
- Attend any regular customer review meetings
- Develop Customer Reports
- Create CPs for KN Login
- Create Performance Management Reports
- Set-up reports and alerts in KN Login
- Run reports in predefined timelines
- Perform Special Assignments
- Assist with any customer projects
- Organize events, i.e. customer events, customer site visits
- KPIs
- Growth of named team volume (cumulative volume of all VFs assigned), measured through SPMS
- Number of issued quotes
- Gained ratio of quotations, measured through SPMS

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management, marketing and sales or equivalent work experience
- Freight Forwarding or logistics experience beneficial
- Multitasking skills
- Superior organization skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Able to deal with pressure and deadlines while providing a proactive level of service
- Communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to gather and analyze information
- Excellent MS Office skills
