Job description
This HR/Office Admin will be required to help HR/Office Manager with all requistions and financial items for the facility. The person will have A/P and A/R experience and perform the ordering and billing for the site. This person needs excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage time wisely. The employee should be able to read, write, and understand warehouse functions, including PC and RF unit use.
Your tasks and responsibilities
• Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels
• Maintains files as required
• Meets all safety requirements and maintains a safe work environment
• Person must demonstrate active commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Attain basic familiarity with facility practices
• Attend and complete all required training courses according to the position training matrix as well as any necessary certifications
• Read and comprehend written documents such as work instructions, job aids, forms, and apply these to the respective logistics area
• Provides data and analysis for production planning and studies; and participate in process/rating improvement efforts
• Assist with Vendor management
• Overtime and Weekends as needed

• Ability to successfully communicate-both verbal and written
• Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Display professional demeanor
• Ability to commit time and effort during peak service demands
• Above average computer experience (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to work extended hours/overtime when needed to support business needs
• Min 3 years in an office environment
• WMS Manhattan experience a plus
