Your Responsibilities

·  Responsibility for the overall development and growth of the selected Industrial customers
·  Development of strategic relationship to relevant stakeholders of the customers as well as Kuehne + Nagel’s Business Units (Overland, Sea and Air) and Functional Units
·  Recommendation of pricing, solution and negotiation strategies for tenders (Overland, Sea and Air)
·  Steering of continuous improvement processes in the supply and value chain of the customers
·  Organization and managing of regular operational and strategic business review and development meetings with the customers
·  Negotiation of logistics contracts including evaluation of business risks  
·  Documentation of account intelligence and development potential in account plan as well as CRM
·  Active participation in the Industrial community in terms of sharing of best practices

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in the logistics industry and in key account or sales management functions
·  Good Knowledge of the aerospace market and related business drivers
·  Focus on collaboration and ability to lead virtual and cross-functional teams
·  Good business acumen with a passion for customer excellence
·  Ability to use state of the art hardware (example: tablet for presentations) and software (example: app for CRM)
·  Fluent in English (spoken and written)
·  Willingness to travel
